I LOVE ZUMO!!! The owner/manager is awesome! She knows everybody at my office‘s order by name. If I say a name, she knows what smoothie that person likes right away. She even remember who my mother was (we work together) and she had only seen us together once. She is amazing and that is the best customer service I have seen in a while.

In addition to the last comment, we DO NOT serve old or stale food. We eat here, too. There are stickers or marks on all of our food showing the date it must be used by, and if it is not used by then, it goes in the trash. If you got a stale tortilla, it‘s not our fault. We don‘t make tortillas. We order them, and make wraps with them. If we were out of chicken, it‘s not our fault. Blame the dude in front of you who ordered 5 chicken wraps and cleaned us out.

Really? Because I have worked here for almost a year now, and know that I personally greet EVERY customer with a smile and am friendly to EVERYone, as do/are my co-workers. Now, if you come in and are snobby or rude, that may put a damper on the kindness. I love my job - I enjoy being here, and am friendly unless given reason not to be.
Note to rude customers wanting good service: Don‘t be assholes to the people serving your food.

The smoothies at Zumo Juice are the best. My favorite is the Caribbean Cruizer! I would‘ve given it more stars if the service was up to par. Everytime I visit Zumo Juice the service sucks. It‘s always a bunch of snobby girls that don‘t greet you and never smile! Note to the managers, HIRE FRIENDLIER PEOPLE!
