Emerson Biggins

This place has gone down hill, especially within the last year or so. Their food is not as good & the servers have somehow gotten even shittier than last time I was in there! It took me 45 minutes to get a burger when I was one of about twelve people in the place! The smart ass behind the bar told me that I wasn‘t getting a discount because she had to work on a weekend and that if she had to suffer, so did she! I asked to speak with the General Manager and she said that SHE was the GM!!!!!!!

I won‘t step foot in that place ever again! OR the west one now... Good job losing business forever smart ass!

The waitresses were terrible only one gave us good service and she was not even our waitress. we got kicked out for cheering on Texas A&M when they played Nebraska and won Terrible service and the Manager needs to get his priorities in line

Emerson Biggins west has the hottest waitresses in Wichita. When one of them quits or gets fired, they just hire another hot girl to replace her. Some of them are just a little stuck up. The food there is not that good except the pizza, which is just ok. But I don‘t go there for the food. I go for the beer and socializing aspect of the place. I am considered a regular there. I‘ve been going to this place for a long time and will keep going back.

They have a FEW good waitresses at Emerson downtown. THe rest they need to let go and rehire. Funny how they seem to let the good ones go! There is a bartender there - Robin - they definately need to let go. She is RUDE to customers as well as co workers. Why do they keep girls like that??

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Went in on a Saturday night when it wasn‘t too busy. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our food!!!! We had to keep calling our waitress over to bring us more drinks. The manager sent our waitress over to say they were "sorry" for the poor service....the manager couldn‘t even make a personal appearance at our table. It‘s too bad that a great West-side bar has really gone down-hill.

Horrible food & they treat their wait staff horribly! I would never work there or eat there!

I belive emerson biggins is great downtown! The servers are real nice and the food is great! They got a new menu on Weds and I love it! ALL the girls look great in there new uniforms

The fried mushrooms are great! For the most part the waitresses are hot and friendly! Definitely need punishment! But nothing like the Aug. 29th comment! Here‘s to hoping in the future! When they reopen after remodeling March 10th, I will make it a point to stop by at least twice a week. Maybe more.......

Stopped in for lunch at Old Town location. Service was mediocre at best. Waited 45 minutes for a our food. (Majority of us had hamburgers so we didn‘t have a difficult order.) Two in our group had major miistakes with their meals but didn‘t send back due to delay w/kitchen. Will NOT go back to eat unless I‘ve been drinking heavily....

I‘ve been her multiple times during the week and on weeknights. The first night i went i ended up sleeping with one of the waitresses which was great. The next time me and a buddy invited 3 of the girls back to our place for drinks after closing time. We ended up tag teaming this hot brunette who I actually think was still in high school but she was 18:) Far as I‘m concerned this place is great!

I have had lunch at the new westside location on two different occasions in the last 6o days. I honestley think that they have one of the best burgers in town, and have found the service to very good. I cannot speak to the evening service but lunch on both occasions was very good. just my 2 pesos

My huisband and I went to the west location last night after a movie. It was about 9:00. We ordered drinks and then when the waitress came back with them we tried to order dinner. However, they were out of french fries, onion rings, pulled pork and potato salad. I don‘t know what else they were out of, we gave up and left. When we asked the waitress why they were out of so many items, she answered: "I don‘t know, I guess we were busy". She gave us the tab for our drinks and walked off. We will never go back.

We visited the west location on 7/3 and the resturant was wall to wall packed. It took 45min. to get a drink, which I had to go to the bar and get myself. The service staff seemed confused and unmanaged. It took another 30min. for them to get our ticket correct, and cashed out so that we could leave. The justification was that they were understaffed (one bartender) and its never that busy. I won‘t be returning and will be directing my friends to another place.

Not a good place to eat. The food is pretty tasteless and the waitstaff seemed to be generally unfriendly. This establishment is more of a place to drink than somewhere you‘d go for a good meal.

The food and service at Emerson leaves a lot to be desired. They have changed their menu and taken off the best items. We were drawn to Emerson because of the "Cheese Fling" and the beer special for Tuesday night. When we got there and discovered that the cheese was no longer on the menu we decided to try the burger special. We ordered 2 single burgers. The waitress came to our table about 10 minutes after we ordered and said that she dropped my boyfriend‘s burger on the floor and they were going to remake it. In the mean time she left my burger and fries in the window to get cold. The meat that they use tasted terrrible and neither one of us could eat the burgers that we ordered. When we mentioned it to the waitress she turned around and walked away and didn‘t say or do anything. She didn‘t discount our ticket or ask us what was wrong with the food. All the waitresses in there were more interested in standing around talking to each other than taking care of the customers. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Emerson any time soon!!!
